If you offer free shipping—and the buyer has chosen that option—you’ll get an automatic 5-star DSR for shipping and handling charges when that buyer leaves feedback.

Shipping and handling time
If you offer 1-day handling and the item is delivered within 4 days, you’ll get an automatic 5-star DSR for shipping time, as long as you upload tracking information within 1 business day of receiving payment.

ふーん。
今更知ったけど、これで問題は解消されそうですね。
送料無料というよりは、送料をアイテムの金額に含めておけばいいんですよね。
計算が面倒だし、全部送料無料にしておこ。

以前は、トラッキングナンバー付きで発送しても
星を減らすバイヤーがいたんですけどね。。。

やっぱ書留かeパケット、あるいはEMSにしましょ。
SALはただのトラブルの元でしかないわ・・・。


・・・でも、1dayハンドリングで4日以内に届けるのは無理だわ。
